Senior Developer (Remote) 

General Requirements 

The ideal candidate for this position will have a broad technical skillset and extensive experience in this industry. As a result, the candidate should be able to design, develop and test the products required for the company’s needs. Moreover, the candidate should be able to work with other developers in determining product strategy.  

Mandatory: 

  • Good written and spoken English.
  • Residing within a ±4-hour time zone difference.
  • Availability to overlap at least 6 hours with the UK/IE working hours (07:00-15:00 UK time).
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional IT experience.
  • Understanding of software assurance and security best practices.
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience working in a team.
  • Prior experience in remote work with effective self-management.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum).
  • Stable internet connection, download speeds 100–200 Mbps min.
  • Reliable hardware and software setup for remote work.
  • Knowledge of JIRA. 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science 4-6 years of industry experience 
  • Technical depth across multiple languages 
  • Able to meet deadlines 
  • Leadership experience 
  • Strong communications skills  

Preferred: 

  • Willingness to learn new technologies. 
  • Experience using Slack. 
  • Experience using Microsoft Teams.  

Technical Requirements 

Responsibilities 

  • Developing and designing relevant code on project needs
  • Mentoring junior developers 
  • Creating test driven environment for relevant projects 

Mandatory: 

  • Node.js – Advanced level with at least 5 years of experience.
  • Backend Development 
  • TypeScript – Minimum 3 years of experience. 
  • JavaScript – Minimum 3 years of experience. 
  • Frontend Development 
  • React with TypeScript – Minimum 5 years of experience. 
  • DevOps & Tools 
  • Docker – At least 3 years of experience. 
  • Git – At least 5 years of experience. 
  • PostgreSQL – At least 3 years of experience. 
  • Continuous Integration (Jenkins) – At least 3 years of experience. 
  • Bash scripting – At least 3 years of experience. 
  • Testing & Code Quality 
  • Unit testing with Chai. 
  • Integration testing. 
  • Knowledge of clean code principles. 
  • Other Technical Skills 
  • Responsive design for mobile devices. 
  • Experience with the MVP pattern.  
  • REST API development. 
  • Development environment: Linux or macOS with at least 32GB RAM. 

Preferred / Nice to Have: 

  • Experience with BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation). 
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles. 
  • Kubernetes knowledge. 
  • Experience with Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP).
