Strategic Progress in the Dutch Market
The PHACKS project continues to make strong progress, particularly in the Dutch market where we’ve been actively working towards collaborative de-risking pilots with the Dutch Government. As part of this effort, we’ve offered address verification capabilities and IBAN verification to support early-stage testing and stakeholder engagement. This has helped build confidence in the technical feasibility and operational value of our solutions.
Cross-Border Engagement and Emerging Use Cases
We’re also deepening our engagement with organisations across Finland, Germany and Italy. These discussions are focused on a range of high-impact use cases, including:
- Address and IBAN verification (both EU-wide and national)
- Protection of critical infrastructure
- Monitoring of goods movement through sea ports
- Personnel identification and background checks
- Goods traceability and counter-fraud mechanisms
These conversations are opening up new opportunities to align technical capabilities with real-world operational needs across sectors and borders.
Opportunities in Sensitive Spaces
One of the most compelling aspects of PHACKS is its potential to address long-standing problems in ways that are sensitive to public concerns. Many of the issues we’re tackling—identity verification, fraud prevention and secure logistics—are deeply entangled with societal trust.
PHACKS offers a way forward. By designing solutions that are privacy-preserving, interoperable and transparent, we can help governments and organisations improve the quality of their data, which enables them to make better, faster decisions.
Reframing the Problem
A key challenge is that many people don’t fully understand the nature or cost of the problems we’re trying to solve. The societal impact of unchecked fraud, insecure borders or unverified identities is often invisible until it becomes a crisis. Our work is about making these risks visible—and solvable—before they get even worse.
We believe there is a unique opportunity to reframe these issues in a way that resonates with both policymakers and the public. Focusing on outcomes—safer trade, more secure infrastructure and greater accountability—we are building capabilities that help companies improve their systems and processes.
