Rob Leslie speaks at E.U.

The European Strategy and Policy Analysis System (ESPAS) is an inter-institutional collaboration among the officials of the European Commission, the European Parliament, the Council of the EU, and the European External Action Service.

ESPAS held its 2017 Conference at EU Headquarters, Brussels on 22-23 November 2017.

The Conference was entitled “Global Trends to 2030 : The Making of a New Geopolitical Order ?”
