PHACKS | IT Services
There is a range of IT and data services within relying parties (e.g. banks, supply chain companies) and trusted intermediaries (such as identity providers (IDPs)), which could offer additional privacy preserving services for data validation, anomaly detection, cybersecurity and data quality management.
They could offer such services to:
- A single organisation;
- A supply chain;
- Other trusted intermediaries or service providers;
- Other groups of organisations.
Establishing detailed collaborative requirements is more of a problem for IT service companies, because they usually are not part of the main business production or industry company. However, the roles and collaborative needs of trusted intermediaries, such as trust service providers and IDPs, are often ignored. As part of the project Sedicii seeks to create a community of interest of such providers, because it is apparent that they face similar issues to relying parties.
Realising Value through PHACKS
Poor data quality has been the nemesis for transition and transformation projects – it is the biggest single cause of project failures. The data is unable to support the business requirements or change. For IT service providers, including large consulting firms and manufacturing companies that have insourced or bought out their IT services, PHACKS offers a means to help clean up their or a customer’s sensitive data by data validation without any data exposure.
